1 - ciceknet.com is dedicated to the quality, freshness, timely delivery and value of your purchase with 100% satisfaction.
2 - The content and appearance of
arrangement may vary based upon seasonality, availability and
interpretation of local florist. However, www.ciceknet.com guarantees
the same value of the floral arrangement purchased.. In any
case, the utmost care will be given to your order to ensure
that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.All
items are categorized in three sizes. Standard, Large and
Small. Standard means medium size which is approximately 30cm
X 35cm X 25cm.in size. Large size of an item has more flowers
for its value.
3 - We guarantee next business day delivery within the business hours only provided that you have supplied the accurate information about the recipient address and telephone number.We must receive your order before 1400 GMT in business days to guarantee next business day delivery.. Same day delivery service available for Turkey.
4 - Please keep in mind that delivery on all local holidays and the in the afternoon on saturdays and fullday on sundays is not available in the recipient country.
5 - We guarantee next business day delivery all over the world. However, all the orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. That means orders placed on these days will be delivered earliest on tuesday. However, there are no restrictions if you place your order in any business day and request the delivery to be made next business day.
6 - Three business day advance order must be received during the peak trading days, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Week to guarantee timely delivery of your floral purchase.
7 - There are no hidden Service Charge, Relay charges or Commissions on your floral purchase. Sales tax or VAT's are not applicable.
8 - If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out. 24 hours advance notice necessary to assure any cancellation or change.
9 - You will be given a confirmation number immediately after you submit your order. With this reference number you can inquire online about your order.
